Summer 2021 Newsletter
"It's not the heat, it's the humidity"
Here in the northeast, summer can feel like one huge steam bath - great for wet-in-wet watercolor, not so much for people. To cool off, we seek out water in pools, lakes and the ocean. This summer, I've sought out the water in a little container next to my easel that I use for painting. It's in my studio where the air conditioning keeps me nice and cool while I work.
I hope you are finding ways to beat the heat, too!
